1.4 Individuals below 18 years of age are strictly not permitted to participate in the Affiliate Program.

2.1 Users may be required to provide personal information while creating an account.

2.2 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and security PINs.

2.3 Each user must maintain only genuine and authorized accounts.

2.4 Creating multiple, fake, or duplicate accounts for obtaining unauthorized benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false information, fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms is identified.

3.1 Users may purchase products offered by the Company through the available purchasing channels on the platform.

3.2 All product purchases are genuine commercial transactions and are subject to applicable product prices, availability, payment, delivery, and refund policies.

3.3 Purchasing a product does not automatically guarantee any particular income, profit, cashback, or incentive.

3.4 Any benefit associated with a product purchase shall be subject to the applicable Company policy and eligibility conditions.

4.1 Eligible users may participate in the Company's Affiliate Program.

4.2 Affiliates may promote the Company's products through permitted marketing and referral methods.

4.5 Registration as an affiliate does not guarantee any fixed income, profit, or incentive.

4.6 Incentives are subject to successful verification of the relevant transaction and compliance with the Company's policies.

5.1 Where cashback is applicable, the user may be required to complete the Company's Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

5.2 KYC may require documents or information including:

• PAN Card copy and number
• Aadhaar Card or other officially accepted government identity document
• Bank account details or bank-related documents (Account Number, IFSC, Passbook/Cheque)
• Other information reasonably required for statutory verification

5.3 Cashback and incentive disbursements shall be processed only after successful KYC verification and fulfillment of the applicable eligibility conditions.

5.4 The Company may delay, reject, or hold cashback where KYC information is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or unverifiable.

5.5 Users must provide their own genuine and valid documents. The submission of third-party documents without authorization is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Smile Stage Private Limited does not operate or represent itself as a money-doubling scheme, chit-fund scheme, or any scheme based merely on circulation of money.

6.2 The Company's Affiliate Program is associated strictly with the promotion and sale of its genuine artisanal fragrance products and services.

6.3 Any applicable cashback or incentive is subject to genuine eligible transactions and the Company's stated rules and caps.

6.4 Users must not make false or misleading claims that the Company guarantees multiplication or doubling of money.

Affiliates must strictly adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Provide truthful, accurate information about the Company's products and services.
• Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive statements.
• Not make false income, lifestyle, or earning promises to prospective participants.
• Not claim guaranteed income, guaranteed returns, or risk-free profits.
• Not create fraudulent, artificial, or fake referrals.
• Not create duplicate accounts for obtaining unauthorized benefits.
• Not misrepresent the Company's products, services, or commercial policies.
• Not use the Company's name, logo, trademarks, or intellectual property without explicit authorization.
• Follow all applicable Company marketing guidelines, Consumer Protection Rules, and Indian direct selling regulations.

8.1 Incentives may be provided to eligible affiliates according to the Company's applicable incentive structure.

8.2 Incentive eligibility may depend on qualifying product sales, successful verification, applicable campaign rules, and other conditions.

8.3 The Company reserves the right to modify or adjust its incentive structure from time to time to preserve business sustainability and legal compliance.

8.4 Incentives generated through fraudulent, duplicate, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalid transactions may be cancelled, withheld, or recovered.

Users must not under any circumstances:

• Create fake, phantom, or duplicate accounts.
• Submit false, altered, or fraudulent KYC documents.
• Manipulate referrals, placement trees, or transactions.
• Use another person's identity, PAN, or bank account without lawful authorization.
• Make false claims regarding guaranteed income, cashback, or incentives.
• Misrepresent the Company, its executives, or its products.
• Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, or aggressive solicitation.
• Attempt to manipulate the Company's systems, referral structure, or incentive calculations.
• Engage in any unlawful, extortionate, or illegal activity through the platform.

10.1 All product payments, refunds, cancellations, and related matters shall be governed by the Company's applicable commercial policies.

10.2 Where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or found to be invalid, any incentive or cashback associated with that transaction shall become immediately ineligible and subject to reversal.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user's account if the user:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Provides false, outdated, or misleading information.
• Submits fraudulent or manipulated KYC documents.
• Engages in fraudulent referral activity or system gaming.
• Misuses the Affiliate Program or damages the Company's reputation.
• Engages in unlawful activities under Indian law.
• Attempts to tamper with, hack, or manipulate the Company's software systems or incentive structures.

12.1 All logos, trademarks, website content, graphics, perfume branding, software code, text, designs, and other intellectual property belonging to or lawfully used by the Company shall remain the exclusive property of Smile Stage Private Limited or its respective licensors.

12.2 No user may reproduce, modify, distribute, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit such material without prior express written authorization from the Company.

13.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

13.2 Updated Terms will be published on the website or application with the revised "Last Updated" date.

13.3 Continued access to or use of the platform after any update shall constitute complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
